New York State Clean Slate Act
The Clean Slate Act (CPL 160.57) will automatically seal an individual’s New York State criminal records. Did you lose your hearing for New York State unemployment insurance benefits? If you disagree with a hearing decision from the Administrative Law Judge, you may appeal it to the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board.
