Community Health Advocates (CHA) Program

LawNY has a Community Health Advocates (CHA) Program that can work with you one-on-one, based on your schedule, to help answer your questions and resolve your health insurance issues. They may be able to assist you with issues related to:

  • Medicare and Medicaid
  • Health Plan or Provider
  • Medical Billing Disputes
  • Prescription Drug Assistance Programs
  • Medical Services & Equipment Needs
  • Complaints and Appeals Rights
  • Charity Care and Financial Assistance

Our Health Advocates can assist residents of the following counties:
Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, and Yates County.
