LawNY has Community Health Advocates (CHA) who can work with you one-on-one, based on your schedule, to help answer your questions and resolve your health insurance issues. They may be able to assist you with issues related to:
- Medicare and Medicaid
- Health Plan or Provider
- Medical Billing Disputes
- Prescription Drug Assistance Programs
- Medical Services & Equipment Needs
- Complaints and Appeals Rights
- Charity Care and Financial Assistance
Our Health Advocates can assist residents of the following counties:
Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, and Yates County.
