    Our Re-Entry Project serves individuals reentering society from incarceration and those with criminal records, prioritizing individuals seeking to obtain or maintain employment.

    Please visit the linked folder here for information on pro se materials.
    This folder contains the following:

    (1) Sealing someone's criminal record under New York State Criminal Procedures Law (CPL) 160.59, with a fillable sealing application;

    (2) Applying for Certificates of Rehabilitation, with a fillable Certificate of Good Conduct form and a fillable Certificate of Relief from Disabilities form; and

    (3) Obtaining Employment with a Criminal Record and Employment Discrimination cases.

    Please reach out to the Judicial Process Commission (JPC) if you are interested in applying for a Certificate or getting your DCJS record for sealing applications. Please reach out to the Division of Human Rights to file pro se complaints for potential Employment Discrimination cases.
