Southern Tier Legal Services, a division of Legal Assistance of Western New York, Inc, provides free civil legal services to low-income residents of Steuben, Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua Counties.  The Bath office serves Steuben and Allegany County residents, the Olean office serves Cattaraugus County, and the Jamestown office serves Chautauqua County.
